Fee: Free: Subject to Eligibility (Learners must have been resident in the UK for at least the past six months)Course aims
To have your current level of numeracy assessed. To improve your maths and number skills. To work towards a certificate up to Level 2 (GCSE equivalent).

Topics to be covered
• Using numbers to do calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Using fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Using measures in a variety of situations.
• Using shape and space in everyday contexts.
• Using data to make sense of information.

Learning outcomes
To work towards and achieve outcomes as specified on an Individual Learning Plan and negotiated with the Course Tutor following Initial Assessment.
